"Deal with it." — And so you did.
Until you couldn't.
So we buried it. Smiled through it. Told ourselves
we'd figure it out later. But buried things don't
disappear — they show up as the 2am spirals,
the unexplained irritability, the exhaustion that
sleep doesn't fix. Therapy doesn't add more to
your plate. It finally helps you put
some of it down.

Dr. Aanya Mehra
Clinical Psychologist (PsyD),
CBT & Trauma Specialist
I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen
and heard. I strive to create a calm, non-judgmental
space where clients can openly explore their
emotions, experiences, and inner conflicts.
After completing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology,
I began integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
(CBT) with trauma-informed practices to support
emotional healing and resilience.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate,
collaborative, and insight-oriented. I work
closely with clients to help them understand
recurring emotional patterns, regulate
overwhelming feelings, and build healthier
coping mechanisms.
I believe therapy is not about “fixing” someone,
but about helping individuals reconnect with
themselves with greater clarity, confidence,
and self-compassion.

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and
follow an integrative therapeutic approach
that combines person-centered therapy,
attachment-based work, and

My sessions focus on creating emotional
safety while gently encouraging clients
to reflect on the beliefs and
experiences shaping their
present struggles.

Dr. Kavya Sen

mindfulness-based techniques with h
humanistic and psychodynamic approaches
in my practice.

healthier relationships with themselves and others.

How long does therapy take?
There's no fixed timeline — it depends entirely on you, your goals, and what you're working through. Some people feel a shift in a few sessions. Others work for months. We go at your pace, not a programme's.
Is everything I say confidential?
Yes. Everything shared in sessions stays between us. The only exceptions are rare legal situations — which we'll always be transparent about upfront.
What happens in the first session?
We talk, I listen. There's no fixed agenda — the first session is simply about understanding where you are and what brought you here.
Where do I even start?
Right here. Book a free 15-minute call — no forms, no preparation needed. Just show up as you are. That first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Most people say that call was the easiest part.

take people somewhere. If you have a brand worth telling
the world about, let's build it together.
